A small field test.

Help us find the paperwork that gets in the way. Use a harmless example task, and tell us where the experience feels confusing.

1. Give one thing a file.

   Create a case, or borrow a starter with “Help me begin”. Edit the next step so it feels manageable.

2. Take a little time.

   Try a solo session. You can end early and choose “Returning later”. Check that your outcome appears in Records.

3. Try a little company.

   Create an invite room and, if you like, share the link with a willing friend. Check chat, the shared note, and leaving the room. Nicknames and shared text are visible to room visitors.

4. Bring your files along.

   Optionally sign in and copy your browser files. Check them on another device. Download a backup and try restoring it; existing items should remain unchanged.

5. Tell us what got stuck.

   What did you expect? What happened instead? Which device were you using? Was there a moment you didn’t know what to do next?
